Care is provided in your home so uncomfortable waiting rooms and big gym spaces are a thing of the past. We serve Lebanon, Lancaster, Berks, and Schuylkill County PA.
How care is delivered:
In-home
When care is provided in your home, you avoid busy gym spaces, uncomfortable waiting areas, and eases childcare burdens.
1-on-1
Sessions typically last an hour with the provider being hands-on the whole time. No assistants or aides running your care.
Referral or Direct Access
Doctor referrals are recommended, yet with Health In Motion Physical Therapy an experienced pelvic floor physical therapist can provide care for up to 30 days without one.
Patient Personalized
Our provider specializes in pelvic health and creates care plans considering individual goals and limitations rather than a one-size fits all program.
In health care, 'common' and 'normal' are not interchangeable terms. The prevalence of conditions such as leaking, pain, pressure and weakness in the pelvis does not inherently classify them as normal.
